The Air Heaters have been designed on CEC’s modern CAD system to ensure the maximum thermal efficiency from the flame, giving an excellent turndown ratio. The unique feature of these air heaters is the flexibility of their application to virtually any process calling for precisely controlled heat. There is exceptional flame stability over the entire range of the burner power output. The units can be installed in any firing position in high or low air velocity applications.
CEC’s air heaters utilise the most up-to-date control systems. The compact manufactured units are designed to produce process temperatures up to 450ºC. The standard temperature controller maintains the set point to ± 1ºC. All heaters are fitted with a differential air pressure switches and over temperature thermostats. The units can be integrated into either existing plant or made to meet the specific design parameters of the plant manufacturer.
The systems can be either direct-fired with natural or bottled gas or indirect oil-fired where there is no gas supply is available. The units have been designed for low maintenance, reducing down-time, giving reliable consistency to the process and reducing wastage. All CEC Air Heating systems are designed, manufactured and tested to comply with the latest international Health & Safety standards and codes of practice.
